Eagle's Wings: So Loved, So Blessed, So Precious

Eagle's Wings

He gives power to the weak, and to those who has no might, He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, BUT those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

So Loved, So Blessed, So Precious

I experienced early Christmas this year as I started to give out some Christmas presents last week...

Though I have less in worldly wealth this year, I experienced a bigger joy when I started to give...well, you may not believe it but is true...I was very happy & excited giving...

I learned that with a very small budget, I can still get some meaningful gifts...

When I wrote a wish for each of my close friends, God gave me a Word for each of them...For my 4 good friends, they got "Joy"; "Hope"; "Abundant"; and "Love". God's Word meant a lot to them and their hearts were touched.

Isn't this more valuable?

As for me, I also got some wonderful presents from them. I got what I had wanted to buy for myself but due to limited resources this year, I had been procastinating or thought of giving up the idea....never imagined God will cause my friends to bless me with these gifts...Very touched by their love to willingly allow God's divine love to flow through them despite the price tag.

Felt so loved...Isn't this about loving God and loving people?
(Matthew 22:37-38 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' )

On top of that, I got words from Daddy God through these precious siblings in Christ!

Hope it speaks to you too as I share below:

+ Drink from the water of the Lord

+ Patience is not merely waiting, it is how you act while you are waiting. It is during the waiting periods of life that the most powerful things will happen within you.

+ Psalms 25:5
Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.

+ May you continue to let your light shine for Him

Matthew 6:33 NIV: But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

The concern in Jim´s eyes was apparent. He knew Phillip had been without work for some time now, and empathized with him in his time of need. "How are things?" Jim asked, "How´s the job hunt going?" Phillip smiled warmly, and lifted the Bible he held in his hand. "Things are good," he replied, "I´m just looking through the want ads." Phillip knew where to seek his answers, and he confidently clung to the Word of the One who would provide those answers. While many people in his situation would first rush to the newspapers, he instead chose to open God´s Word. Phillip believed that God´s Word was true, and that by seeking God first, all else would be added. He knew that as he spent time in the Bible, and in prayer, that the voice of God would come through; leading him to the right job, in the right place, at the right time. It is through the eyes of faith that God-given opportunities are made evident to any that would trust and wait upon the Lord.
